The sublimation transfer technology is also called gas-phase transfer. Under high temperature conditions, the ink sublimates, so that the pattern is transferred to the target substrate. It can pull the "pollution" image of the traditional printing and dyeing process. At the same time, it has the advantages of bright colors and distinct layers. It can truly achieve the photo quality printing effect and is widely used in various Chemical fiber fabrics and specially treated metal, ceramic, glass and other material surfaces.

The relevant consumables (sublimation ink, sublimation transfer paper, etc.) in the early days of sublimation transfer rely on foreign imports. Due to cost constraints, they are mainly used in personalized customization and other small production lines.

With the rapid development of the sublimation field, domestic factories gradually have the ability to develop and produce sublimation transfer consumables. The localization of dye-sublimation ink and dye-sublimation transfer paper has greatly reduced the composition of dye-sublimation transfer technology, and it is gradually equal to or lower than traditional printing costs. This technology has gradually entered the industrial market and the scope of application has been further expanded.
